National Neighbourhood Watch is now divided into different Associations. All Associations are now aligned with Police Force areas with the exception of those within the Metropolitan Police Force area (London) where a different arrangement exists. All regional Associations follow guidance from the national headquarters.
North Wales Neighbourhood Watch is a new Association aligned with the North Wales Police Force area which covers the counties of Wrexham, Flintshire, Conwy, Denbighshire, Anglesey and Gwynedd.
All Neighbourhood Watch Associations and local schemes are run by volunteers from the community and funded by grants, donations and income from organised events. Associations are non-profit making and income is used to cover administrative costs and finance local initiatives for the benefit of communities in their respective areas.
